Michael Roberts brings more than 30 years of executive-level experience in process management, workforce optimization, and operational excellence to the beauty industry.
As aSix Sigma Black Belt, Michael has spent his career identifying inefficiencies, building better systems, and helping businesses grow without adding unnecessary overhead. He has applied this expertise across multiple industries and now brings it directly to salon owners.
The idea for Becky DeskPro came from seeing hardworking business owners lose valuable time, revenue, and opportunities due to front desk disorganization, missed calls, and constant communication overload. We created a solution designed to eliminate those challenges entirely.
